摘要
用偏光显微镜观察了淀粉粒在何首乌炮制过程中的变化,并结合测定水溶性浸出物含量,能有效地控制何首乌炮制质量。
This paper aimed at the effective quality control of the prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori.The authors suggested that it be availble to observe the change of starch during the process of preparing Radix Polygoni Multiflori under a polarizing microscope and determine the content of its water-soluble extract combined.
