用HPLC法测定东方神草冲剂中腺苷的含量

Determination of Adenosine in Dongfangshencao Granules(Fermented Cordyceps Powder,Ganoderma Lucidum seu Japonicum)by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法成功地将尿嘧啶，腺嘌呤，腺苷分离。在此基础上，测定了东方神草冲剂中腺甙的含量。方法简便，样品不用前处理，直接溶解测定。结果重现性好，加标回收率为９７．８％，ＲＳＤ＝１．４％（ｎ＝５）。

The adenosine content in Dongfangshencao Granules was determined by HPLC on the basis of good separation of uracil, adenine and adenosine on HPIC column.the method is simple.The sample can be directly dissolved and determined without pretreatment. And the result showed good reproducibility.The recovery of the added standard is 97.8%,RSP is 1.4%(n=5)
