Determination of Ursolic acid in Quzhuo Capsules by TLCS

用薄层扫描法测定祛浊胶囊中熊果酸的含量。方法 以氯仿-醋酸乙酯-冰醋酸(5∶3∶0 .1)为展开剂,λS=5 30nm,λR=70 0nm。结果 平均回收率为97 .10 %,RSD =0 . 83%。结论 该方法简便,准确。

Objective To establish a determination method for Quzhuo Capsules by TLCS.Methods Silicagel G and chloroform-ethyl acetate-aceric acid(5∶3∶0.1) were used as mobile phase and detective wavelength was 530nm.Results The average recovery was 97.10% and RSD was 0.83%.Conclusion The method is simple and accutate. It can be used for quality control of Quzhuo Capsules.
