摘要
根据实际长钢管产品的技术要求,采用收口成形工艺进行坯件生产,运用DEFORM2D软件进行收口成形的模拟分析,对长钢管收口模具的几个参数(过渡圆弧R1、过渡圆弧R2、模具内径Φ等)进行了优化设计。结果表明:模具的过渡圆弧R1=130mm,过渡圆弧R2=100mm,模具内径Φ=288mm时,能满足生产加工的要求。
Shell nosing is applied to fabricate part based on the technology demand of the product. Through the simulation of the shell nosing of long steel pipe using DEFORM-2D, a few parameters of the mould (the transition arc R_1, the transition arc R_2 and the inside diameter of upper die Φ are designed in optimal condition. The results indicate that when the radius of transition arc R_1 is 130mm, the radius of transition arc R_2 is 100mm and the inside diameter Φ of upper die is 288mm, the optimized shell nosing can be achieved and applied in factory.
