摘要
彩云多糖对正常小鼠的血糖无明显影响；预先给小鼠彩云多糖５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ灌胃，连续６ｄ，能够明显降低小鼠尾ｉｖ四氧嘧啶造成的高血糖水平；彩云多糖对四氧嘧啶造成的小鼠高血糖，也有明显的预防作用。
The coriolus versicolor polysaccharide showed insignificant effect on blood sugar of normal mice.But it can greatly decrease hyperglycemia level of mice induced by alloxan injected into their tail venae when their stomaches were pre-perfused coriolus versicolor polysaccharide 500mg/kg/a day for continuous six days.It also has the prevcetive action on hyperglycemia of mice induced by alloxan.
