不同地区不同药用部位雷公藤和昆明山海棠的总生物碱含量测定

Determination of Total Alkaloids in Different Areas and Different Application Parts of Triptergium Wilfordii and T. Hypoglaucun

本文用重量法测定了不同地区的雷公藤和昆明山海棠的不同药用部位的总生物碱含量。其根含总生物碱在１％左右。实验结果，可供临床抗生育研究需要参考。

In this paper,the content determination of total alkaloids in the different areas of Triptergium wilfordii Hook.f.and the different application parts of T.hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch.was reported. Their roots contain the total alkaloids about 1%. These test results would be useful for study of clinical antifertility.
