摘要
建立了用ＨＰＬＣ测定藿香正气制剂中橙皮甙、厚朴酚与甘草酸含量的方法；比较了藿香正气水、藿香正气液、藿香正气软胶囊、藿香正气丸和高效藿香正气胶囊中这３种活性成分的含量。
HPLC determination mehtods for hesperidin,magnolol and glycyrrhizic acid in Huoxiangzhengqi preparations were established.The contents of the three active compositions in Huoxiangzhengqi water,Huoxiangzhengqi Liquid,Huoxiangzhengqi Soft Capsule, Huoxiangzhengqi Pills and High-efficiency Huoxiangzhengqi Capsule were also compared.
