摘要
对氨合成系统冷交换器的热平衡进行了编程计算,分析和探讨了冷交换热面积的合理配置;通过计算实例,对进出口温度、换热面积和氨冷耗氨进行了比较。结果表明,在投资许可的情况下配置较大的冷交换热面积在合成流程中是合理的。
Program calculation was made for heat balance of co ld heat exchanger area, reasonable arrangement of cold heat exchanger area was analyzed and discussed; through the calculating example, comparison was made for inlet/outlet temperatures, heat exchanging area and ammonia consume by ammonia refrigeration, the result indicates that the comparatively more cold heat exchanging area arranged under the acceptable condition of investment is reasonable in ammonia synthesis process.
