摘要
基于有限元基本理论,采用多种单元混合建模,建立了斗轮堆取料机俯仰钢结构的有限元分析模型,完成了斗轮堆取料机的俯仰钢结构的动态特性的综合分析,其中包括频率和动力响应。
Based on the theory of finite element (method) FEM, an integral analysis for large complex steel-structure assembly is carried out by mixing different types of elements. A complete FEA model for luffing structure of bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer is built; and the element types used in the model are also discussed. With this model, the dynamic characteristics of luffing-structure are analyzed, which includes the frequency and dynamic response analyses.
