摘要
政府间的产权交易现阶段需要研究的,除了有关概念、原则、意义的初步探讨外,更应当提出相应的研究框架和政策建议,最终认识到政府间产权交易问题不仅是一个简单的资源配置或生产力布局问题。
Studies regarding inter-government transactions of property rights range from a wide field,not only just concerning concepts,principles,and significance,but also a relevant framework and its policy implications.The inter-government transactions of property rights involves not only just the resource allocation and productivity location,but also the institutional construction and the evolution of the state administration system.
