摘要 有关调节性T(Treg)细胞的研究是近年来免疫学领域的热点问题之一。大量研究表明,Treg细胞在免疫耐受、抗肿瘤、抗感染等重要免疫功能方面起中心作用。本文对Treg细胞的免疫功能、调节机制及其在感染性疾病中的作用进行综述。
