摘要
对威灵仙注射液制备工艺进行了改进，由原来的直接蒸馏法改为回流蒸馏法，经紫外分光光度法测定注射液中原白头翁素含量较未采用回流工艺的注射液有较明显提高，同时测定了不同回流时间对含量的影响，结果表明回流时间以６ｈ为宜。
In this experiment,the preparation procedure for Weilingxian Injection was improved :substituting the original direct distillation method with the reflux distillation method. Compared to the injection prepared by original method,the protoamemanin content in injection prepared by reflux distillation method is higher when being determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Meantime.the effect of different reflux time on its content was studied. As a result,the optimum relux time is 6hrs.
