摘要
贸易配额是纺织品和服装进出口中的关键问题,随着《纺织品与服装协议》的终止生效,纺织品贸易将进入后配额时代。在后配额时代,我国纺织品贸易必须重新定位,并采取相关对策,以应对新的贸易环境和贸易格局。
Trade quota is a key problem of the import and export of the textile and clothes. With the ATC treaty abolished, textile trade will be in the later ATC. In the later ATC, our textile trade must orientate again and adopt related countermeasures to conform to new trade environment and trade pattern.
