我国金融业实行混业经营问题分析

加入WTO后,我国金融业面临的一项重要任务便是如何与国际接轨。在借鉴国际经验的基础上结合我国国情,建立金融控股公司是我国金融业实行混业经营的最佳模式。鉴于金融业混业经营的推进是一项复杂的系统工程,我国可以采取循序渐进的方式,在维持金融业分业经营的总体格局下边规范边放松管制,最终过渡到混业经营模式。

After China's entry into WTO, one important task that should be first finished is to reality Chinese financial circles integrates. Combining the national conditions of our country on the basis of using international experience for reference, seting up financial holding company is the best mode of implemting mixed operation in our country. In view of mixed operation being a complicated financial project, our country should take the progressive way to advance mixed operation. Under the overall siuation of keeping operated operation in finacial circles,we can standard relax control and at the same time, then transit mixed operation finally.
