摘要
应用ANSYS有限元程序,选取空间壳体单元SHELL63,在相同内压下,对换热器设计中常用的两种不锈钢薄壁波纹管进行强度分析,得出二者一个周期内的径向应力、轴向应力和剪切应力的分布规律。有限元计算值与参考文献实验结论比较,表明计算值与实验值关于一个周期内轴向和径向应力的分布规律相同,有限元(ANSYS)计算结果可供波纹管设计、制造参考。
An analysis is made to the strength of corrugated tubes made of stainless steel and widely used in heat exchanger using ANSYS and SHELL63 at the same inside pressure. The distribution of different stresses is obtained. It is found that the stress distribution of ANSYS calculated results is the same as that of experiments in a period, which is helpful for the designing and manufacturing of corrugated tubes.
