Phone Net-based Remote Maintenance on PLC

对PLC的远程维护进行了讨论。目的是利用网络资源,实现对PLC的远程控制。电话网络资源丰富,用户用较少的投入,可以方便地构成与PLC的通信系统。网络操作系统以Windows为平台,配以PLC 专用的通信软件,就可以实现与PLC 之间的点对点通信。通信接口采用RS 232C/RS 485标准。研究了基于电话网络的设定模式,给出了运用电话网络情况下的PLC设定过程和要求。提供了一个用电话网络对PLC进行远程维护实用可行的解决方案。

Discussion is made on the remote maintenance of PLC and the ways to realize remote control on PLC through the use of net resources. As phone net resource is cheap with comparatively less investment from the users, it is convenient to build a phone net-based PLC communication system. On the basis of the Windows platform and the special communication software for PLC, a point-to-point communication can be achieved with the interface of RS-232C/RS-485 standard. Besides, the set mode, the process and the requirements that PLC need in the phone net-based environment is described, thus formulating a practical solution to achieve remote maintenance of PLC by the use of phone net resources.
