摘要
依据国内外近年来的研究结果,总结了用于全蚀病菌鉴定和诊断的几种主要分子生物学技术,并对分子生物学技术诊断中的实用性及其发展方向进行了评价。
<Abstrcat>This article reviews and summarizes the main molecular biology techniques used in the diagnosis and identification of take-all disease in recent years,and discusses the feasibility of the molecular techniques in the plant disease diagnosis.
