城乡融合的区域发展战略与大西安都市区的构建

An Urban-rural Merging Strategy & the Forming of Big-Xi' an Metropolis

通过对城乡关系演变和发展的回顾,指出我国城乡关系正处于从城乡对立、城乡差距过大,向城乡融合、城乡一体转变,适时采取促进城乡一体化发展的区域发展战略是我国今后城乡发展政策的必然选择。以西安地区发展为案例,提出了建设大西安都市区的设想,以实现该地区社会经济的快速发展、城乡协调发展和共同繁荣。

After reviewing the urban-rural relationship historically, this paper points out the urban-rural relationship in China is experiencing the course of evolving from urban-rural conflict to urban-rural merging. A regional development strategy of enforcing the merging of city and country is the reasonable choice of Chinese government presently. Taking Xi'an city as an example, aims to make the fast social and economic development, city and rural harmonious development and mutual prosperity, the concept of Big-Xi'an Metropolis is proposed.
