咸阳市城区土地定级研究

The research of Land grading on Xianyang City

随着城市建设的不断发展、城市综合服务功能的不断完善,影响城市土地价格的因素因子也随之发生改变。因此,科学地建立适合本区域的土地定级影响因素因子体系,对土地定级及评价、分等估价显得十分必要。本文在大量调查研究的基础上切合实际地解决了咸阳市这一问题。

With the constant development of the urban construction, constant perfection of the comprehensive service function of city, the factor influencing price of urban land changes too. So it seems very essential scientificly set up one grading influence factor system suitable for the land of area, for launching grade research, and newer to the land in good time. This paper has solved this actual problem in Xianyang area on the basis of a large amount of investigations.
