外资优惠制度是指由各种包含有利于外国投资者生产经营待遇的原则、规则、制度所构成的有机体系。从分析我国在具体领域对具体投资者实施的待遇制度入手, 论证了我国外资优惠制度的待遇原则以及利弊所在, 并提出了重构我国的外资优惠制度的建议。

The favorable system of Chinese foreign capitals is an organic system made up of various kinds of principle, rule and system, which are benefit to the foreign investor’s treatment of production and management. Beginning from analyzing the treatment system that is implemented to concrete investors in the specific fields of our country. This paper expounds and proves the advantages and disadvantages of the favorable system of Chinese foreign capitals and puts forward some suggestions on how to reconstruct our favorable system of foreign capitals.
