当前音乐学术界的学术道德失范现象十分严重,若欲综合治理音乐学术环境,首先应该把好各个教学与审核环节的关隘,对于严格培养和训练学生的专业论文写作能力及其训练过程给予充分的重视。在教学上则应该主要抓学生的初始学习阶段与教师的继续学习阶段两个重要环节。另外,我国音乐院校目前师资水平的参差不齐、名实不符已成为一个严重的问题,对此,应该在制定相关发展策略时,注重区分和培养“研究型”与“创作表演型”两类音乐教学人才,并努力消除长期以来在该领域存在的一些明显的观念误区和制度缺陷。
