摘要 提出了一种新型变胞快速夹紧装置。以机构运动简图、拓扑图和装配图描述了该装置的结构。阐明了该装置变胞快速夹紧的原理。阐述了该装置的设计计算方法。该装置用螺旋机构实现夹紧,以棘齿条机构实现止退,由凸轮机构实现变胞控制,从而可整体空程快移,在止退的同时快速夹紧。该装置已成功用于铝合金汽车轮毂模具修理过程中的夹紧,并已获得国家专利。 A new metamorphic quick-response clamp device is proposed in this paper. The construction of this device is described in kinematic diagram of a mechanism, topology diagram and assemblage diagram repectively. The principle of metamorphic quick-response clamp and the calculating method of the design are elaborated. This device utilizes the screw mechanism to realize the clamp, the ratchet rack mechanism to stop the retreat, and the cam mechanism to control the metamorphism so that it can realize the quick return without loading and the quick clamp in the process of stopping retreat. This device has been used successfully in clamping the mould of aluminum alloy car wheel-hub while it is repaired and the state patent has also been obtained.
