齿轮箱轴的逆可靠性设计

摘要 将可靠性设计方法用于齿轮箱轴的设计,已显示了较好的效果。但在实际工程运用过程中,计算繁杂。提出一种新方法———逆可靠性设计方法,将该方法运用于齿轮箱轴的设计,算例表明该方法计算简单明了,结果正确有效。齿轮箱轴的逆可靠性设计方法适合工程应用。 The reliability method has been used in design of gearbox shafts. Its benefit is obvious. However the problem is that the method is too complicated to be used in practical engineering. This paper presents a new method--the inverse reliability method. The example using this method has shown that it is simple to be implemented and is efficient too. The inverse reliability method in design of gearbox shafts could be recommended in practical engineering.
