摘要
随着贸易的扩大,我国与欧盟之间的贸易摩擦趋于频繁。除了传统的关税壁垒及配额壁垒外,欧盟近年出现的新壁垒措施及政策的变化对我国的影响也应引起我国的注意,熟悉欧盟贸易壁垒的新动向并分析其对我国的影响是十分必要的。
With increasing trade volume there are requent trade conflicts between China and EU. Besides traditional tariff and quota barrier Change in measurement and policy of trade barrier in recent years should arouse our attention and it is necessary to learn and evaluate this change to China.
