加入WTO后国际反倾销对我国的影响及其对策

随着经济一体化和贸易自由化的不断发展,贸易透明度的进一步提高,各国的关税税率不断降低,反倾销作为世界贸易组织允许的法律手段,被各国广泛使用,以保护本国产业和市场。本文从分析我国加入WTO后,面对国际反倾销给我国带来的多种的消极后果,从政府、行业和企业等不同的角度提出了积极应对反倾销的措施。

With the development of the economic integration and liberalization of trade the transparency of trade is further increasing and customs rariff of all countries is reduced constantly. Anti-dumping as the legal means allowed by WTO is used extensively in order to protect their national industry and market. This article analyzes various negative results to our country which is confronted with international anti-dumping after China entering WTO and puts forward measures of answering to the anti-dumping actively from different angles such as goverment industry and enterprise.
