发展我国金融控股公司的思考

从中国人民银行支持商业银行发展基金业务和设立基金管理公司可以看出我国金融业混业经营的趋势更加明显。金融控股公司作为我国从分业经营向混业经营转变的桥梁,能够适应金融服务融合和一体化的发展趋势,是一种合适的制度安排。本文对金融控股公司在我国的实践情况及其风险进行了思考分析,提出了发展我国金融控股公司的几点建议。

The People’s Bank of China has started to support commercial banks to expand business of funds and to set up management company of funds. The trend of mixed operation of financial circles of our country is more obvious. As a bridge of a change to mixed operation from operating separately the financial holding company can adapt to financial service mergence and integrated development trend and it is a kind of suitable system arrangement. This article has analyzed the financial practice situations and risk of the financial holding company and has proposed some suggestions of developing the financial holding company of our country.
