摘要
随着经济的发展,中国石油供需矛盾日益突出,面临石油短缺危险。解决这一问题,已不能单纯地靠供给方面的措施,而应从需求方面着手,通过走新型工业化道路来有效地减小风险。
With the development of economy the imbalance between supply and demand of Chinese petroleum has been conspicuous day by day,face the danger of petroleum shortage. To solve this problem,we can't depend on supply measures simply,but should set about from demand measures, especially the new-type industrialized way.
