摘要
本文介绍了我国企业法人治理结构的历史和现状,分析我国加入WTO后企业面临的机遇与挑战,指出与国际企业新的治理结构接轨是我国必然的选择。
This article gives an account of the history and the status quo of the administrative organization of the enterprises in our country, then it analyzes the opportunities and challenges confronted with these enterprises after we joined WTO. At last, it suggests that to draw on the new administrative organization of the international enterprises be our inevitable choice.
