摘要
介绍了城门山铜硫矿石的选硫试验成果及生产进展.对选铜尾矿采用旋流器脱泥脱药,加酸性水调浆,加丁黄药和2#油进行浮选,小试可获得硫精矿品位47.5%,回收率95.72%,产率39.73%;实际生产硫精矿品位大于35%,采用陶瓷过滤机脱水,精矿水分9%~10%,年增效益1000万元以上.
In this paper, experimental results and production progress of processing of Cu-S ore in Chengmendong Mine are introduced. In bench test, a concentrate of 47.5%S with a recovery of 95.72% is obtained through the flotation process of desliming and reagent removal by hydrocyclone and pulp conditioning with acid mine water and adding butyl xanthate and oil №2. In production, the grade of sulfur concentrate is over 35%. The water content in concentrate was 9-10% by ceramic filter. This process can increase economic profit over 10 000 000 dollar.
