摘要
目的:探讨金属硫蛋白在膀胱癌中表达的意义。方法:收集10 3例膀胱癌石蜡切片,免疫组织化学染色。结果:金属硫蛋白在高分级、高分期、非乳头状癌中表达率高。结论:金属硫蛋白在膀胱癌中的过度表达与膀胱癌的病理分化程度有关。
Objective: To study the signif icance of metallothionein expression in bladder cancer. Methods: 103 cases of bladder cancer were collected, then their sections were p araffined, and immunohistochemistry was used. Results: T he positive rate of metallothioneins in high grade and high stage bladder cancer is high. Conclusion: Metallothionein is excessively exp ressed in bladder cancer, and its expression is related with pathologic differen tiation degree.
