摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对夹紧套筒进行了应力计算,以确定夹紧套筒的结构形式。在相同的载荷作用下,在承载的锥面外端增加直筒段结构可以有效地减低最大变形量和最大应力值,使应力分布均衡。表明直筒段结构提高了夹紧套筒的刚度和承载能力。
The stress of clamping of the closing sleeve is calculated by means of finite element of ANSYS to optimize clamping structure. Adding a section of cylinder out of loaded cone can reduce availably the transformation and stress, equalize stress and improve stress concentration zone. The study reveals that the section of cylinder can heighten the rigidity and loading capacity and prolong service life of clamping.
