摘要
从提高硬质合金插齿刀构形精度和抗崩刃能力的角度出发,提出了用异形凸曲前刀面代替传统的锥形前刀面的硬质合金插齿刀新构形方法,推导出新构形插齿刀异形凸曲前刀面的通用几何模型。
With the aim of increasing the designed accuracy and breakage resistance ability of cutting edges of carbide gear shaping cutters, the new profiling method is described in which the traditional conical rake face of carbide gear shaping cutter is instead of complicated curved rake face. The design model is established with the new profiling method.
