本方法采用FID的色谱仪OV-17色谱柱对三氯乙酰氯进行定量测定。内标选择正壬烷,标准偏差为0.34,变异系数0.35%,回收率为99.85%,线性相关系数为0.9997。

Quantitative analysis of trichloro-acetyl by FID OV-17 chromatographic column was adopted. Internal standard was n-Nonane. Standard deviation, coefficient of variation, recovery rate and linear correlation coefficient were 0.34%, 0.35%, 99.85% and 0.9997, respectively.
