三枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Three Cannular Compression Screws for Internal Fixation of Femoral Neck Fracture

目的评价三枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效. 方法对56例股骨颈骨折(GardenⅡ型6例、Ⅲ型27例、Ⅳ型23例)采用三枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗. 结果 51例获得随访,平均随访31.6(18～62)个月,骨折愈合率达96.1%(49/51),股骨头缺血坏死率27.5%(14/51);髋关节功能Harris 评分:骨折愈合者平均93分,缺血坏死者平均57分. 结论三枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有良好的生物力学性能,使骨折获得较高的愈合率,但股骨头缺血坏死率仍较高.

Objective To evaluate the effects of t hree cannular screws for internal fixation of femoral neck fracture. Methods 56 cases of femoral neck fracture (Garden Ⅱ in cases 6、 Ⅲ in cases 27、 Ⅳ in cases 23) underwent internal fixation with three cannular compression screws. Results In accordence with 31.6(18 ～62)months follow-up in 51 cases, the union rate was 96.1%(49/51), the ischemi c necrosis of femoral head rate was 27.5%(14/51). Harris scoring system for hip joint function showed an average score of 93 for union cases and 57 for femoral head necrosis cases. Conclusion Internal fixation with t hree cannular compression screws for femoral neck fracture can lead to high unio n rate of fracture, demonstrating good biomechanic property. Meanwhile, a relati vely high ischemic necrosis rate of femoral head exposes its drawingback.
