基质金属蛋白酶-2和纤维粘连蛋白mRNA表达与乳腺癌转移相关性的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和纤维粘连蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)mRNA表达量与乳腺癌转移的关系。方法:采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测30例乳腺原发癌和配对淋巴结转移癌的MMP-2和FNmRNA表达量,分析MMP-2和FNmRNA表达量与乳腺癌转移的关系。结果:30例淋巴结转移癌的MMP-2和FNmRNA表达量低于原发癌,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。MMP-2和FNmRNA表达量呈线性分布,但线性回归和双变量线性相关分析表明两个基因的mRNA表达量无相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2和FNmRNA表达量在转移癌较原发癌下调。 Objective: To discuss the relationship and clinical significance in breast cancer and mRNA expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and Fibronectin. Methods: Detect MMP-2 and Fibronectin mRNA expression in 30 cases of primary breast cancer and paired lymphnode metastasis by flurence-quantitative RT-PCR and analyze the relativity and clinical siganificance of MMP-2 and Fibronectin mRNA expression with breast cancer metastasis. Results: The MMP-2 and Fibronectin mRNA expression of 30 paired lymphnode metastasis are lower than that of primary breast cancer. The difference is obvious(P<0.05). The MMP-2 and Fibronectin mRNA expression is linear diffusion, but there is no liner relativity between the MMP-2 mRNA expression and Fibronectin mRNA expression (P<0.05). Conclusion: The MMP-2 and Fibronectin mRNA expressions are low-regulated in metastatic carcinoma than in primary cancer.
