摘要
目的比较寄生于黄牛和水牛的枯氏肉孢子虫(Sarcocystiscruzi)乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸葡萄糖变位酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、苹果酸酶四种同工酶的酶谱。方法进行聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板梯度凝胶电泳的方法。结果黄牛与水牛的枯氏肉孢子虫两种酶酶带相似,只在活性上略有差异。结论同工酶谱分析证明黄牛和水牛都是枯氏肉孢子虫的自然中间宿主。
Objective To analyze the isozymes of LDH,PGM,6PGD,and ME from Sarcocystis and to compare their relative activities.Methods Different isozymes of LDH,PGM,6PGD,and ME were extracted from the cattle and water buffalo S.cruzi.Isoelectric focusing electrophoresis was used to study the host specif icity of different isozymes.Result All isolates of S.cruzi from infected water buffalo and catt le showed identical enzyme profiles.Conclusion The data support the hypothesis that both water buffalo and cattle are natural intermediate hosts of S.cruzi.
