摘要
目的对某中央空调冷却塔出水口的水进行军团菌分离培养及分型和定量。方法用分离培养法检测军团菌,再用血清凝集进行分型,然后对军团菌进行定量。结果成功检测出某中央空调冷却塔出水口的水有博杰曼军团菌存在,这是本实验室检出的首例非嗜肺军团菌,定量结果为0.11CFU/ml。结论本方法对冷却塔出水口的水中分离培养出的军团菌分型及定量有较好效果。
Objective To serotype and quantify a strain of non-lungphilic Legionella by isolation and culturing Legionella from one water-cooling tower.Method After isolation and culture,Legionella was serotyped and quantified.Result L.bozemanii was successfully detected with the methods used in this study with the lev el of 0.11CFU /ml,which is the first non-lungphilic Legionella strain isolated by our laboratoy.Conclusion The methods used is effective in serotyping and quantifying the Legionella that is isolated and cultured from wa ter-cooling tower.
