老年人消化性溃疡120例临床分析

The Clinic Analysis of 120 Cases of Digestibility Ulcer in Aged People

目的探讨老年人消化性溃疡的临床与合并症的特点及治疗。方法对120例60岁以上的消化性溃疡临床特点、合并症、内窥镜检查作回顾性分析。结果老年人消化性溃疡较年青人伴发其它疾病多,临床表现不典型,难于治疗,死亡相对增多。结论对60岁以上的消化性溃疡应尽早确诊,积极治疗伴发疾病,可缩短疗程,降低死亡率。

Objective To study the clinical symptoms and tr eatment of digestibility ulcer in ag ed people.Method120cases of digestibility ulcer of p atients over 60were analyzed retrospectively.Result Digestibility ulcer is complicated with more other diseases in the aged than in youth,which have more unrepresentative clinical symptoms,is harder to cure,and cause more death.Conclusion Digestibility ulcer in the aged over60should be diagnosed early and be treated with t he other companion diseases,in order to shorten the period of treatment a nd lower the death rate.
