摘要
目的从番荔枝科毛叶假鹰爪根中,提取分离得到具有抗艾滋病毒活性的物质。方法采用活性追踪的方法,经溶剂提取和多种色谱方法分离得到活性化合物,经波谱分析(UV,IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR和X-ray等)确定了它们的结构。结果得到两种具有抗艾滋病毒活性的化合物:2-甲氧基-3-甲基-4,6-二羟基-5-(3'-羟基)肉桂酰基苯甲醛,为一种结构新奇的查尔酮类化合物,命名为毛叶假鹰爪素D(desmosdumotinD)和另一种活性化合物为鹰爪素(lawinal)。结论毛叶假鹰爪素D为首次从毛叶假鹰爪中分离,首次报道查尔酮类化合物具有抗HIV活性。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate anti-HIV compounds from the root of Desmos dumosus. METHODS: Bioactivity-directed isolation was used to find compounds and their structures were elucidated by spectra (UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and X-ray et al). RESULTS: Two compounds were obtained. 2-Methoxy-3-methyl-4,6-dihydroxy-5-(3′-hydroxy) cinnamoylbenzaldehyde was a chalcone with novel structure, named as desmosdumotin D. Lawinal was also demonstrated its anti-HIV activity. CONCLUSION: Desmosdumotin D was isolated from this plant for the first time. Chalcone which processed anti-HIV activity was first reported.
