信息优势对潜艇鱼雷武器系统作战效能的影响分析

The Effect of Informational Predominance on the Operational Effectiveness of Torpedo Weapon System in the Submarine

对信息优势进行了简要说明,通过分析信息优势下潜艇鱼雷武器系统的系统组成及其作战过程,得出信息优势影响系统作战效能的主要因素。采用WSEIAC 效能评估模型对系统作战效能进行评估,并用影响度的方法分析了信息优势的影响,最后,通过一个算例给出了评估结果和影响度分析结果,即在具备信息优势的情形下,潜艇鱼雷武器系统的作战效能得到大大提高。

Firstly, the paper explains the informational predominance, and then finds the main factors which effect the operational effectiveness through analyzing the constitute and operational process of torpedo weapon system, and evaluates the system’s operational effectiveness by WSEIAC effectiveness evaluation model, and uses the effective degree method to analyze the effect of the informational predominance. In the end, the paper gives the result of evaluating and analyzing by using of effect degree method with an example, which indicates that the operational effectiveness of torpedo weapon system has been enhanced when it has informational predominance.
