摘要
本文应用高效液相色谱技术测定了51例不同病程脑梗塞患者的脑脊液和血浆中的过氧化脂质(丙二醛),并与对照组(功能性头痛及周围神经病)进行对比研究,结果发现:测定脑脊液中的丙二醛可以判断是否有脑损害及其损害程度,反映脑梗塞的临床状况;为抗氧化治疗提供依据,并从临床角度推测过氧化作用可能参与了脑梗塞后的继发性脑损害。
Abstract Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and plasma levels of lipid peroxides(malondialdehyde MDA) were measured in 51 patients with cerebral infarction in various stages and some patients of the control group (functional headaches and peripheral nervous diseases). We found that determination of the MDA in CSF may be taken to assess whether or not there occured any brain damage and even how severe is the damage and also may reflect the clinical status of the central infarction. Thus, it provides sufficient evidences for the rationale of antioxidant therapy in cerebral infarction. These results suggested that lipid peroxidation may have had induced secondary damages in the brain after cerebral infarction.
