摘要
介绍了变压吸附(PSA)的基本原理及特点,采用特殊的吸附剂及先进的工艺过程可以从甲醇尾气中脱除N2和Ar等惰性气体,从而回收其中的有效组分H2和CO、CH4、CO2。并介绍了该PSA工艺在以天然气为原料生产甲醇中的应用,对PSA与膜分离两种技术在甲醇尾气分离回收中的技术及经济性等方面进行了对比,该PSA新技术分离效率高,经济效益显著。
A novel Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology for recovering effective gases from methanol tail gas has been developed by Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It can recover such useful gases as H2, CH4, CO and CO2 while separating the inert gases of N2 and Ar. The characteristics and application of this process were introduced, and a technical and economic comparison between PSA and membrane technology used for separating methanol tail gas was also made.
