急性脑卒中患者红细胞变形性与血小板粘附率变化的研究

A study on erythrocyte deformation and platelet adhesion rate in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases

本文对８０例急性脑血管病（ＡＣＶＤ）患者分别测定红细胞变形指数（ＤＩ）以及血小板粘附率。结果示：ＡＣＶＤ各组患者ＤＩ显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），而血小板粘附率显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１）；脑出血组患者随年龄增加血小板粘附率也相应增高（ｒ＝０．７２５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；性别与各组之ＤＩ及血小板粘附率无明显相关。

Abstract The levels of deformation index(DI) and platelet adhesion rate were assayed in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(CH, n=18), and cerebral lobar infarction(CI,n =25), and lacunal infarction(LI,n=37). The levels of DI significantly decreased in patients with ACVD as compared with the controls(n=30),(P=0.01 or P<0.001). While the levels of platelet adhesion rate were significantly higher than those of the controls(n=30),(P<0.001). The levels of platelet adhesion rate were correlation with the age of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage(r=0.725, P<0.01). The levels of DI and platelet adhesion rate were no correlation with sex of patients with ACVD.
