变频器在炭素回转窑控制系统中的应用

The Application of Inverter on Rotary Kiln Control System

回转窑是铝业行业中的大型设备,多年来一直采用直流调速系统。本文结合回转窑控制的实际特性,提出了以变频调速装置为控制系统,实现主机电流、冷却机电流和火焰温度一起参与控制的方案。实践表明,该系统在运行中能自动进行参数修正和负载跟踪,保证了系统与负载同处于最佳工作状态。

The rotary kiln is the giant equipment in the producing aluminium ingot's industry, the control system of this equipment has been adopted direct-current speed governing system all along. An inverter control scheme has been put forwards about rotary kiln control system in this paper. It has realized that the current of main motor and the cooler motor and the temperature of the flame control together. It is practice proved that the system can auto revised parameter and following load, to ensured optimum state of system and load.
