摘要
在pH为5.0~7.0的缓冲溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)均与亚硝基R盐形成稳定的配合物,在吐温80-硫酸钠液-固萃取体系中,都能被吐温80固相萃取.加入HCl提高溶液的酸度,Co(Ⅱ)进入吐温80固相被萃取,而Ni(Ⅱ)留在水相不被萃取,从而实现两者的分离.通过摩尔比法和连续变化法测定了吐温80固相中,Co(Ⅱ)与亚硝基R盐形成1∶3的配合物.
The stable complexes of Co(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)ions with Nitroso-R-salt are formed in HAc-NaAc buffer solution. Adding HCI(1:1) to increasing the strength of acid, Co(Ⅱ)complex can be extracted by Nitroso-R-salt-Tween80-Salt-, but Ni(Ⅱ)can not be extracted. Experimental result shows that the complex of Co(Ⅱ)with Nitroso-R-salt is a complex anion of 1:3 in Tween80 phase.The method has been applied to quantitative separation and determination of Co(Ⅱ)from synthetic mixture of Co(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ).
