摘要
在高科技企业中,人力资本成为企业成长的关键,由于知识和技术的不断更新,企业必须不断进行人力资本的投资。然而由于人力资本依附于人而存在,使人力资本的投资面临与非人力资本投资不同的风险。文章就人力资本投资风险进行分析,并提出了相应的措施。
s:In the high-tech enterprise, the human capital becomes the key that an enterprise grows up, the enterprise must invest manpower continuously to adapt to the renewal of knowledge and technology. However existence of human capital depends on person, that makes the human capital investment faced with different risk from the risk non-human capital investment .This text analyzes the risks of human capital investment and puts forward some measures to control it.
