摘要
通过合理评价安全投资的经济效益，分析了在社会主义市场经济体制下，政府如何运用其安全投次政策有效地影响企业的安全投资行为，并对完善国家安全投资政策体系提出了若干建议。
he paper evaluated resasonablely economical benefit of investment in safety, and analysed that the policy of investment in safety,used by the government t influenced behaviourof investment in safety effectively under the socialist system of market economy. A numberof proposals were presented so as to perfect national policy of investment in safety.
