s:Based on a socially influential Loving Care Lawsuit, by rigorous analysis and argumentation, the article confirms the fiduciary legal relations between the involved parties of the case, which should be governed and regulated by Fiduciary Law of PRC so as to resolve the disputes and discrepancies. Simultaneously, the article clarifies several definitions, propositions and concepts relating to trust.
