摘要
信息时代,高校图书馆采访工作呈现五大特点,对此必须采取有效的应对措施:提高采访人员信息素质、拓宽采访渠道及加强专业化建设。
s:In the information age, there are five features in interview work in colleges' libraries. In order to do this job better, this article has put forward the following countermeasures: improving information quality of interviewers;widening interview places and strengthening specialization construction.
