紫外分光光度法测定美洛昔康片的含量

为测定美洛昔康片的含量,从而对本品质量进行控制,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。测定结果为:空白辅料对测定无干扰,溶液稳定性良好,线性相关系数r=0 9999,平均回收率=100 1%,RSD=1 44%。该法简便易行、快速、准确,可用于本品的质量控制方法之一。

This paper introduces the way of using UV validation to determine the content of Meloxican tablets and to control the quality of the drug. The results show that excipients have no interference, the solution is stable in property, r=0.9999, the average recovery=100.2%, RSD=1.44%. The method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of the drug, and can be used as one of the quality control methods for the drug.
